Schmuckatelier Lang will endeavour to find a buyer. In this case, we will jointly determine the price that will be paid to you if the sale actually takes place. We simply ask you to bear in mind that payment will only be made after the sale and that some interesting products may still take a long time to sell.

You would like to buy a watch from our range. At the same time, you have a luxury watch that you would like to part with. We offer the option of trading in your old watch when you buy an exclusive watch. By trading in, you save money because the purchase price and the sales price are offset against each other.

How does selling a luxury watch work with Schmuckatelier Lang?
Step 1
Offer your watch for sale
You are offering your watch to Schmuckatelier Lang for sale. This can be done in a number of ways. Please always state your asking price. You can contact us to sell your watch in the following ways:

Step 2
Get an initial assessment
Once we have received your sales offer, we will check the details in order to be able to offer you a purchase price that is in line with the market.
If Schmuckatelier Lang is interested in purchasing your watch, we will send you a non-binding purchase offer within 24 hours. You will also receive a purchase agreement that you must fill out and sign.
Step 3
Send watch
If you decide to sell to Schmuckatelier Lang, we will send you a shipping label for the insured shipping of your watch. Pack the watch securely and enclose the signed purchase agreement and a copy of your ID card in the package. You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us.
In addition to shipping, you also have the option of dropping off the watch you want to sell in our store.
Step 4
Checking the watch
After we have received your watch, we will check the product for condition , correct functionality and the completeness of the specified scope of delivery of the watch.
If the watch does not correspond to your specifications or does not meet our quality standards (e.g. accuracy of the movement, poorer optical condition than in the pictures) , we will have to adjust our purchase offer or we will send the watch back to you.
Step 5
Receive final offer
After the inspection, you will receive a final purchase offer. The final price may vary slightly from the purchase agreement. The final offer takes into account the details determined during the inspection.
Step 6

If you are selling directly, you will receive the agreed amount by bank transfer in this step. If you are trading in, your new purchase will now be shipped (insured, by UPS).
Have you decided to sell via consignment? In this case, you will receive payment after we have sold the watch.
