Delivery information
within Germany:
The product-specific delivery times stated on the product page apply to all products offered by us. The product-specific delivery times can be found on each product page under the section ‘Delivery & Returns’!
- Standard UPS delivery: Once you have placed your order, it usually takes 2-5 working days from the order date for your parcel to arrive.
- Exclusive watches: If you order luxury watches, you should expect a delivery time of 1-4 working days from the order date.
- Customised products: Products in this category are made to order. It usually takes 3-4 weeks for your parcel to arrive after you place your order.
- Re-produced/re-ordered goods: These products are currently on their way back to our warehouse. Delivery times as for a standard delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed. Please note the product-specific delivery times. As a rule, you can expect a delivery time of 10-15 working days.
- Mixed orders: If your order includes other products such as jewellery, accessories or brand watches in addition to luxury watches, the longest delivery time stated will always apply to the entire order. This means that your order will not be dispatched until all products are ready for dispatch.
- If the address is incorrect, the parcels will be returned to Schmuckatelier Lang.
- From the moment the parcel is ready for dispatch and you receive your dispatch confirmation by e-mail, you can expect the usual delivery times of the logistics partners.

Worldwide:
5 - 15 working days *, deviations for products with longer stated delivery times
We ship exclusively insured with our jewellery service via UPS or armoured transport vehicles.
* For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, such as costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
