Manufacture

In 2004, Frederique Constant was admitted to the elite circle of Swiss watch brands to develop and produce its own caliber. The company subsequently developed into a "manufactory": in-house development, in-house production, in-house assembly. Frederique Constant gradually became a major player in the watch industry.
The best quality at the best price is a company motto that is put into practice thanks to continuous investment in the watchmaking factory's production equipment. The company now offers 31 in-house calibers, employs a number of highly qualified watchmakers and has created various specialist departments to oversee the various stages of watch production, from the initial conception to the final quality control, including assembly.

The long and demanding work process of our watchmakers and master watchmakers requires patience, experience and specialist knowledge. When working with delicate and fragile components, extremely precise handling is essential for every movement.
Some Frederique Constant movements are made up of more than a hundred components. All assembly steps and adjustments are carried out primarily by hand, guaranteeing the highest possible quality of Frederique Constant watches.
